• This is a communication (data link) cable between HMI and PLC — it is not a project download cable. GP-Pro EX project transfer uses the HMI USB or Ethernet port.
• In GP-Pro EX, select the Mitsubishi FX driver and set the port to RS-422 (4-wire).
• ⚠️ Will not work with Mitsubishi Q / L / A / iQ-R series PLCs — those use a different cable.
• ⚠️ Not for FX PLCs communicating through an FX-485ADP / RS-485 terminal adapter.
