Frequently Asked Questions
Can I buy just 1 unit?
Yes. There is no minimum order quantity. Many of our customers only need one replacement part.
Can you find parts that are already discontinued (EOL)?
In many cases, yes. We search our supplier network for the exact part. If it truly cannot be found, we will tell you honestly instead of keeping you waiting.
How long will it take to get my part?
Ex-stock items ship in 1–3 working days. Items we need to source usually take about 1–2 weeks. The expected lead time is stated in your quotation.
Is there warranty?
Yes. New parts come with a 3-month warranty and used parts with a 1-month warranty, unless stated otherwise in the quotation. See our Return & Refund Policy.
Can you issue the invoice under my company name?
Yes. We issue a proper quotation and invoice under your company name for your purchasing and accounts records.
How do I pay?
You can pay by FPX online banking through our secure payment link. For quoted items, use the Pay for Your Quote page.
