This silver HP palmrest top cover, part number M07091-001, comes with a US-layout backlit keyboard already fitted. HP lists it for the EliteBook 840 G7, and parts suppliers also list it for the 845 G7 and 840 / 845 G8. Replacing the C cover and keyboard as one assembly avoids removing a riveted keyboard from the original palmrest and renews a worn palm area at the same time.
