Disclaimer
- This is an OEM card that uses an Intel 82576 chipset, the same controller family used on Intel’s E1G42ET adapter. It is not an Intel-branded retail adapter, and Intel retail packaging, features and warranty do not apply.
- Intel’s own E1G42ET retail adapter uses a PCIe x4 interface. This card has a PCIe x1 interface, so the two ports share a single lane and total throughput with both ports busy at the same time may be lower than two separate full-speed links.
- This card is for a PCI Express slot. It is not for conventional PCI slots. It does not support hot swapping, so shut down the system before installing it. Please check that your slot and case suit a low profile card.
- The driver link below goes to Intel’s own driver downloads for the 82576 controller. Newer Windows and VMware ESXi versions may not be covered by Intel’s drivers for this older controller, so please confirm your operating system with us before ordering.
- Stock is limited and many orders are on a back-order basis. Back-order quantities cannot be cancelled after payment.

Additional Notes
Product Description
This OEM PCI Express x1 network card gives a PC, workstation or server two RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet ports in a single low profile card. It is built on the Intel 82576 dual port controller, the same controller used on Intel’s E1G42ET adapter, and supports 10/100/1000Mbps auto-negotiation on each port over standard copper cabling. It suits multi-network setups such as software routers, firewalls and virtualization hosts, or any system that needs extra Gigabit ports. A low profile bracket is included for slim cases, and a link to Intel’s driver downloads is provided for installation.
