Product Description
These silicone thermal conductive pads transfer heat away from ICs, chipsets, VRMs, RAM modules and other small heat-generating components to a nearby heatsink. The soft, compressible material conforms to small surface gaps and uneven mounting surfaces better than a rigid thermal material, while remaining electrically insulating. Choose the thinner 0.5mm pad for tighter clearances, or the 1mm pad for larger gaps — both are sold in packs of 100, supplied as either a scored 10×10 sheet or a full uncut sheet that can be trimmed to size.
